Dataset for split & pipeline construction & sharing #11

  1. Dataset Split : KITTI dataset의 Image/Label 데이터를 split
  2. Pipeline Construction : tf.data를 이용해서 Split 데이터로 파이프라인 구성
  3. Sharing Dataset : Tf.record로 변환 후 gcp bucket 에 업로드하여 공유
