There are some non-closeable tabs among tabs opened in quick succession when an 
extension made by Scriptify is installed

1. Install an extension made by Scriptify
2. Make sure the preference browser.tabs.loadInBackground=true (default)
3. Open a page, e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PSPad
4. Get ready to:
5. Middle-click the www.pspad.com link in the panel on the right multiple times 
in quick succession

Result: Some of the tabs opened in this way cannot be closed.

I've had a patch to fix this in Firefox for a while. I'll try to get it landed 
sometime soon.
