I currently try to reproduce the experiments of your fascinating work. Performance on dataset like Electricity is fine, but I fail to obtain the performance on dataset Traffic in single-step forecasting scenario with setting suggested in the paper.
Concretely, the RRSE of Traffic-horizon3 is $0.4162$ in the paper, but I just obtain performance close to $0.4294$ (average over 10 seeds).
