DeDrm Not Working for Kindle Book #258

Question / bug report

I am running Calibre on Windows 11, and I am trying to remove a DRM from a Kindle file that I downloaded from the Digital Content website. I'm not tech-savvy so I am not quite sure what the issues may be.

You got the file with "download & tranfer via USB" from the website? Did you choose an E-ink Kindle for the device? If so, you need to add its serial number into DeDRM's customization. After that, restart calibre, remove and re-add the books and the DRM should be removed.
