Aldrig gjort det men vill lära mig. Jag har en massa anteckningar från förra intervjun. Om nån som kan om personas vill hjälpa mig eller jag kan titta på när de gör den, skulle vara bra!

@kingli6 If you are new in user persona study, I recommend these videos and articles for a good starting point.

Then, think about why our current personas are not sufficient, and what they need more to be functional. You may begin create a sketch of persona to see blank spaces.
