Hypothesis We believe that implementing an AI-chatbot for accessibility will help homeless individuals and other vulnerable groups navigate noQ's digital services more effectively. Unlike today, when users in these groups struggle with navigating the app due to limited digital literacy, Our solution will make sure these users can easily access core functions such as registration, account creation, and get real-time answers to frequently asked questions. We know this is true when the following metrics have been ticked off:

Given we have all metrics measured When we look at the output Then we can decide if this hypothesis was true or false.

User Story 1: AI-Chatbot Integration into the App As a homeless individual or vulnerable user, I want an AI-chatbot integrated into the noQ app, So that I can get help navigating the app's main features like registration and account creation. Acceptance Criteria:

User Story 2: Chatbot Guides Users Through Key Functions As a user with limited digital literacy, I want the chatbot to guide me through important features like registration and account creation, So that I can successfully complete these actions without help. Acceptance Criteria:

User Story 3: Real-Time FAQs and Responses As a user of noQ, I want the chatbot to answer my frequently asked questions in real-time, So that I can get quick help without needing to browse the app. Acceptance Criteria:

Additional Stories for Non-Functional Requirements: Story 4: Performance Testing of Chatbot Responses Test the response time and accuracy of the chatbot under different loads and conditions.

Story 5: Accessibility Compliance Ensure that the chatbot interface complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), allowing users with disabilities to easily interact with the chatbot.
