Rollout DMRC

As Google Workplace admins, we strive to set up DMAR s a preventive measure that helps our emails be sorted correctly in the mail services.

We have set DMARC policy from 24th October 2025, staring with set to p=none and pct=10 as a gradual roll out is recommended. Therefore, we will roll out DMARC and move to the quarantine policy and pct 100.

Required Action

• Review DMARC report daily till arriving in the goal AC
• Increase the policy level to quarantine.
• Increase the percentage over time to cover 100% of messages.

Acceptance Criteria

DMARC records for noq.nu are found with

• [ ] p=quarantine
• [ ] pct=100

It will take time for a gradual rollout. Continue with the next sprint.

Edit the purpose. Although we won't set up BIMI in the short term, the DMARC rollout should be gradual.

Changed pct tag to 30 (30%). Monitoring report sent to dmarc@noq.nu (previously google.toolmaster@noq.nu) - it turned out gmail ignore ri tags, so too many reports are arriving daily to the group email.
