improve examples/docs for working with data cube #4

The data cube output from the abundance/trend model (see the HSSurv repo) is the starting point for many of the tables/figures used the manuscript.

The file docs/working_with_datacube.R has some starter examples/comments on access data from the data cube. This could be expanded to provide more details and examples.
