Add table w/ capture & deployment details #7

My preference here is to include this table as supplementary information so we can include more of the details than would be allowed as part of the main article.

Will need to update the first paragraph in the Data Collection section to reflect inclusion of this table

I was able to create an initial dataset for this and it's available as a Google Sheet.

I've asked Justin to fill in the key details re: location, permit, and publications for ADFG tags. I can bring in location data for the PEP deployments and I have some (if not all) the information for the NSB data (will reach out to Andy for confirmation if needed).

This should also give us a chance to address #24 re Nuiqsut seals
