Continues https://github.com/noaa-fisheries-integrated-toolbox/toolbox_web_templating/issues/3. Write a script (in R or python) that validates the values of the json files, not just the structure (which has been taken care of)

See https://github.com/noaa-fisheries-integrated-toolbox/toolbox_web_templating/issues/39 , which continues the idea of validating the JSONS. Actually, there are additional ways to validate the JSON using JSON schema, which seems more transparent than writing a schema.
