Update two dim grid variable option #148

Need to rebuild two dimensional grid variable (alt-specific) option for conditional logit models.

  1. Think about data structures that we would expect from users.
  2. Check the format for any issues
  3. Need to build a formatting function to allow users to get this data type into a structure that's compatible with conditional logit models.
