FishSET (fisheries spatial economics toolbox) includes tools for spatial data analysis, running location choice models, and simulating policy scenarios.
In some cases, when the discretefish_subroutine() function is searching for starting parameters (that do not results in infinite LL values) the process gets stuck in an infinite while loop. Currently, the user would have to close the app and start again, but we should have an option for the user to cancel the model run if it gets stuck in that while loop.
