Use of GEFS-Aerosol Dust+Smoke Dynamic LBCs tests in NACC-CMAQv5.3.1 (code has been initially tested in current NAQFC; code base: NAQFC/PREP/bcon_gefs_aer/), but needs testing in new NACC-CMAQv5.3.1 system. Testing, analysis, results will follow.
