[Structure] Make All Submodules Take Entire Canopy Profiles as Elementals #28

To reduce looping in canopy_driver over submodule canopy profiles, make all submodules take entire profile by making them elemental subroutines.

@zmoon Seems like this one needs work, but not sure on priority right now. I think with new code structuring I may go ahead an in parallel start to add new Canopy-App processes/features such as bioemis, chem, and drydep.
