This PR merges into develop and new in-canopy resolved biogenic emissions option (ifcanbio) for Canopy-App. It is based on MEGAN v2.1 and MEGANv3 and a combination of Guenther et al. (2012), Clifton et al. (2022) and Silva et al. (2020). There are a total of 19 biogenic emissions species based on Guenther et al. (2012), and the README has been updated to describe them.
There are also numerous other updates to Canopy-App to facilitate improved output options given the large number of 3D biogenic species in this option. Moved to output NetCDF-4 format, and now the NL user canopy process flags (e.g., ifcanwind, ifcanwaf, ..., ifcanbio) control if the output will be written to netcdf file (when iofmt option is selected).
Output of all biogenic emissions are in kg m-2 s-1. Example CONUS plot below:
