Quick contourf #86

This feature adds a quick_contourf feature to in the Xarray DataArray accessor in monet. can quickly create figures such as pm25aod550_nafrica_20190818_00_051

Also included in this is a few minor updates for quick_map and quick_imshow. The version number was also bumped to v2.2.1
