Recently starting getting a linkcheck error from this (even though it works fine):
(tutorial/improve_trends_kmeans: line 843) broken https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/10473289.2005.10464718 - 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/10473289.2005.10464718
Replacing by the DOI link doesn't help since the linkcheck follows the redirect, but I did it anyway for future-proofing.
