PAHM CMake erroneously points to netcdf compiler mismatch #163

On arm-darwin/conda with gfortran-clang-mpich toolchain, PAHM erroneously complains about a compiler mismatch.

   Setting CMAKE_C_COMPILER to: /opt/conda/envs/schism/bin/mpicc.
   Setting CMAKE_Fortran_COMPILER to: /opt/conda/envs/schism/bin/mpifort.
