Add `CODECOV_TOKEN` #168

After removing the old token I realized I cannot add a new token because codecov.io doesn't show this repo (as it's under ocs-modeling). I requested codecov.io access to this repo so that it shows up under my GitHub account there, but if this doesn't work maybe we need to move this and ensembleperturbation to be under oceanmodeling?!

Or maybe just wait and setup all the tests using EPIC framework

ocs-modeling now has codecov permission:
