Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Steps:

[ ] utilize guoming prep which is already included support for nuopc code (nws=17/517)
[ ] run Shinecock
[ ] Asymmetric wind
[ ] run Shinecock
[ ] run prototype hsofs120 mesh PAHM->ADC (no ww3)

Communicate with Guoming on

Nws = 17 from Guoming
Nws = 17 into hotstart and prep
NRS = 5
NWS = -17 Tests:
PAHM -> ADC
Shinecock
Florence subset

Thw NWS=17 option is fully implemented Tests on Shinnecock Inlet for Sandy, Florence and Ike were completed successfully (PaHM winds+ATMESH+ADCIRC) Testing the PAHM+ADCIRC configs (NUOPC Cap) Application is debugged and working properly

[ ] document the test case and required input on a Github repo
[ ] add link to where test case is located at Orion.
[ ] Mark done if it is done.
