I made some significant edits to caption. md and pushed those changes. As it was, many of the glossary terms in the captions file had hard links to a glossary html file. This way of looking up glossary terms has now been replaced with the tooltips functionality, so I deleted all of the hard links. But I can render only a subset of the modal windows, so I didn't bother rendering any of them. Ben, I think you just need to rerender the site.
