∆ human activities, - infauna #3

From Jenn Brown:

In the meeting at the ICNMS office, we received feedback to create two different groupings related to humans activities 1) Human Activity Levels - when we have data related to the amount of the activity itself such as vessel traffic, visitation rates 2) Impacts from Human Activities - for data on noise levels, contaminants levels, etc.

So with that in mind, then the three graphs from SCCWRP on the BRI would fit in the category of Impacts from Human Activities - Contaminants It also our only measure of the infaunal community so I suggest we could also link these three graphs to Infaunal community.

Let's remove Infauna as that is redundant with Infaunal community.

Previously from Chris Caldow:

Thoughts on what needs to be done to link those? Do we differentiate in the CR between "infauna" and "infaunal invertebrates"? Can "infaunal invertebrates" be linked to figure App. #. 11.9, 11.10 and 11.11?

Previously from @bbest:

Here's a list of empty modals (ie popup windows) that we don't yet have assigned content to in image_priorities - Google Sheets unless I missed something:

habitat title
Deep Seafloor Infauna
Deep Seafloor Infaunal invertebrates
Deep Seafloor Mobile crustaceans
Deep Seafloor Mobile invertebrates
Kelp Forest Nesting birds
Kelp Forest Non-indigenous species
Kelp Forest YOY rockfish
Pelagic Midwater assemblage
Pelagic Nesting birds
Rocky Shore Invertebrates
Rocky Shore Nesting birds
Sandy Beach Non-indigenous species
Sandy Beach Talitrid amphipods (Megalorchestia spp.)
Sandy Seafloor Infaunal invertebrates

And here are empty modals not yet linked in the svg_links_cinms.csv:

link size
modals/sea-otters.html 0
modals/shrimp.html 0

Jenn, did you have static images in mind for these?

So now Human Activities modal has content split between 2 high level tabs (Human Activities, Human Impacts) according to 2019-12-06 Feedback at CINMS in notes | nms-web - Google Docs:

So now looks like this:
