add habitat overview to navigate to scenes #7

From Jenn Brown...

In mbon / sdg14 / Latest ESPS on Google Drive there are scenes for all 8 MBNMS habitats and as well as an OVERVIEW graphic. I think it would be nice to add this overview graphic to the home page: https://marinebon.github.io/info-mb/ and embed links within it to allow users to navigate to the habitats of interest by either:

1) clicking on the overview or 2) clicking on the list of habitats

Yes, I'll work on getting this habitat overview into the default home page, which will be navigable by clicking on elements. Will require some tweaking to the svg and infographiq package, so creating placeholder issue here.
