The site should have full functionality if the browser has JavaScript disabled.

I should consider adding a few things as well:

[ ] making a hamburger style menu with JS as well, fall back to a css implementation

With JS disabled, the rss feed, and search don't work. I don't think that it is possible to implement search without JS.

I am going to close this issue as the previous things mentioned previously in this issue were implemented
