[all] Recheck SEO information #8

Verify that SEO metadata is good enough for Google, Bing, and other crawlers. Additionally make sure that the website renders correctly when being shared on social media.

The hugo theme should handle this - but I should run the site through a HTML/CSS linter

There is one HTML warning on the blog, but I don't want to risk breaking the Hugo theme.
