Inconsistent scrolling [bug] #1103

Description

When I'm scrolling for longer periods it feel like macmousefix stops working for a couple of seconds. As I keep scrolling in the same direction the document moves in the correct direction, and then starts going the other way for a couple of seconds, and then seems to correct itself.

Steps to reproduce

Just scrolling on longer documents sometimes.

Context

Mac Mouse Fix Version: 2.2.4 macOS Version: 14.6.1 (23G93) Mouse Model: logitech pebble 350

我也出现了这个问题，尤其在Chrome网页中频繁出现。

系统也是MacOS14.6.1，
VXE R1SE+ 和 MCHOSE A5 Pro Max都出现了这种情况
2.4G和蓝牙都会出现

Same for me. When scrolling the long page, the app periodically stops working for 1-3 seconds. The bug appears if I use either 2.4GHz or Bluetooth to connect.

MacOS 14.6.1
App Version 3.0.2 (22635)
Mouse: Xiaomi Mi Dual Mode Wireless Mouse Silent Edition

This should be fixed in the latest 3.0.3 release.
