This is related to Smoothness, if smoothness = off the scroll works fine
Also, full app restart helps to activate scroll with smoothness = high
Hey there, thanks for your feedback!
I can't reproduce this.
If everyone shares their setup, maybe we can see a pattern in people who experience these issues. I'll start:
Mac Mouse Fix version: I tested 2.2.4 and 3.0.2 Mouse Model: Roccat Kone Pure macOS Version: 14.5 (23F79) Mac: M1 MacBook Air
You can copy paste this and fill it out:
Mac Mouse Fix version: ...
Mouse Model: ...
macOS Version: ...
Mac: M1 MacBook Air: ...
I don't really have a clue what might be happening at this point. There might be interference with some other app or mouse driver, or something else about your system that causes these issues to show up.
If you have any further observations or ideas as to what might be going on, please let me know!
Also, if you bought a license of Mac Mouse Fix 3 and you're experiencing these issues, please send me an email, and I'll give you a refund!
I hope everyone is ok with that!
Mac Mouse Fix version: 3.0.2 Mouse Model: HyperX Pulsefire Raid macOS Version: Version 14.5 (23F79) Mac: Apple M1 Pro
A full restart (killing the app via the terminal) resolves the issue for me. If I see this bug again, I will try to understand the reproduction steps and comeback.
Great thank you! How exactly did you quit the app using Terminal?
For me turning the scrolling option on and then off again fixes it.

ps aux | grep 'Mac Mouse Fix'
kill -9 <PID>
Turning the enabled option off and then on again.
