Make "Signature Patches" selected by default #136

When I click "Kosmos Defaults" it doesn't have the signature patches selected. Many games fail if we don't have those patches. Many people don't know they need that when hacking a switch for the first time

Doing this will get SDSetup and by extension our guide banned from ReSwitched which is definitely something we don't want.
