Error when setup the rnnt loss #39

After install tensorflow-gpu 2.2.0 and requirements pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.2.0 pip install -r requirements.txt

run ./scripts/build_rnnt.sh

I fix it by changing cuda 10.0 --> cuda 10.1
