Esbuild plugin popcopy refactor or replacement

does something exist [nope] ? (at the time of original prototype no copy plugin existed)

• webpack bridge: only for loaders and not plugins
• lindulabs ocpy: no filtering option
• dasred copy: no filtering option

can we rely on esbuild internals? e.g. webpack gives acces to all files in the compilation set

• plugin filter spec
• access build config

do we really need this? i really dont want to focus on frigging pluggin development
