Addon not fulfilling the recommendations #318

Hi, Something is going wrong here:

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing? Can't install on XBMC 13.1 
/ Windows 7. A message pops up, saying the addon is not fulfilling the 
recommendations.

2. What steps will reproduce the problem? Go to 'System' menu and try to 
install the addon (Version 37.8) from a zip file.

3. What is the expected output? Installed. What do you see instead? Not 
installing.

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using? Version 37.8

5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using? XBMC 
13.1 on Windows 7 (32Bit)

6. Please provide any additional information below:
None (sorry)
