[#4] - Remove `Let's Practice` slides from markdown files #6

Hi there! Picked this up from the Help Wanted tag! Hopefully I understood this issue well enough, but please let me know if I can make any changes.

This PR:

Removes "Let's Practice" (or "Now Let's...", et. al.) slides from slides/ dir Markdown files.
Removes unnecessary EOF whitespace in those Markdown files.

Looks great, @xdesro. Thank you! It turns out I had to also remove some styling that always applied to the last, slide, too. I've done that at will now merge this in.
