Mention R Markdown template from usage vignette? #32

I.e. mention you can create one via New File, R Markdown, From Template in RStudio?

Hi @noamross, I'd like to volunteer to work on this issue. This will be my first time contributing to OSS, but I have reasonable background in development and git experience. Does this need to be assigned to me first, or should I just start work on the fork and pull request? Thanks.
