Install diffobj and officer from CRAN #45

I was trying to install redoc and could not because it is referencing an outdated version of diffobj. It's easy enough for me to get it installed after editing DESCRIPTION myself, but others may encounter the installation issue as well.

Ah, thanks, I had just broken this this afternoon and hadn't gotten around to figure out why!
