v4 barcodes #8

Hello, is there any information on fluent V4 available? Are you going to add this?

Hey @idot

I think that if the v4 uses the same barcodes as the v3 or if the construct is the same besides just that variable number of reads at the beginning then this tool should work for it.

I don't have any v4 reads to test it on - but if you have some feel free to run it and report back what the fraction of reads you were able to convert we can check.
