Compatibility with table editor in Obsidian v1.5.0 #142

Steps

  1. Use Obsidian v1.5.0
  2. Use obsidian-banners v2.0.5-beta
  3. Be in "Live preview" mode
  4. Invoke the command "Insert table"
  5. Enter any two characters

    Actual result

    After entering the first character, the editor loses focus

Same issue. Disabling the Banners plugin and editing the table works as expected.
