2.0.5-beta | Banner Header Suggestions #158

Hi there,

I use your plugin for a long time - also the beta plugin which I think is a great improvement in a lot of areas.

THANK YOU for this fantastic piece of work!!!

I wonder about the new header section in beta 2.0.5:

I do have a couple of suggestions, though:

  1. Display header by default should be given an additional box to tick that is only being displayed if this option is active. I imagine something like hide header in files without defined banner-header. I understand that it's possible to add an empty banner-title-tag. But this is very cumbersome for a lot of existing files.
  2. I would very much like to define custom font settings: both color, size and settings like bold. These settings should be independent of the colors picked for Obsidian standard headers as they change with light / dark themes. The banner image colors, however, do not change with theme changes, so currently, there is a mismatch either with banner header or with theme header in notes.
  3. This train of thought consequently leads to one more aspect: Settings imagined in number 2 should be adjustable via properties. My banners widely vary in color and brightness, so one color will never fit all the backgrounds.
  4. A last point would be a great addition: With the html headers, I created both bigger main headers and lighter, smaller subheaders. An example would be: "Character Creation" with a subtitle like "Writing". I personally like the subheading to be smaller and on top as I use them to indicate the "area" of a note. But this may vary depening on usage and taste, so I guess the subtitle could just be a copy of the main title that can be freely adjusted as currently already possible (x / y axis) and as suggested in 2 and 3.

Last not least: THANK YOU SO MUCH, once again! Both for this great plugin and the patience to read through all this.

Best. And keep on Rocking!
