I add a banner to my page, and this show over headers, and if I add content, the content has a lot of padding.

Bumping this issue. In my experience, banners cover the title and frontmatter, making them virtual unusable.

Edit: This appears the be the same issue as #157

This plugins has more 1 year abandoned, I dont think fix that. I find MAKE.md do same and better.
