33 implement burst mode #47

This is a first implementation of the burst mode for the MVP. It was chosen to offer only one shooting mode based on time, set to capture one photo every 3 seconds.

You may want to consider reducing from 3s to 2s. When driving on a highway with 3s, I find the Panoramax viewer doesn't link up the points on the map into a line.
