Open Geoloc prompt if trying to take a picture when GPS is off #85

Currently, while opening the app when GPS is disabled, the user faces a message to enable GPS location. If the user refuses, the main screen is displayed, but the user is blocked: there is no indication nor any button to move forward.

When it happens, I suggest:

to display the GPS off icon coloured with red #ea4335ff
if clicked, this button should open again the "allow GPS location" panel
