docs: Note missing asynchronous functionality #225

For now, I think this is sufficient to let users know that async transclusion isn't currently supported by some org-transclusion commands.

@josephmturner , I have a feeling that this PR is obsolete now that #229 is merged? There is a conflict in this PR but I don't seem to be able to resolve it... (It's possible that this is because of my lack of knowledge...

Thank you! It appears that you successfully resolved the merge conflict and pushed these changes to master. This PR is indeed obsolete now.
