"Generate Test Error" on handler page #287

The handler could provide a link to generate a test error.  

This would make it very easy to test logging and notification settings without 
having to write and deploy separate test code to the application.

I just found the elmah.axd/test feature while looking through the demo code.  
Sorry about that.  Unfortunately, I never came across this in the regular 
documentation.
