How to set Advertising Parameters Command #424

I want to set Advertising Parameters such as Advertising_Type(ADV_NONCONN_IND/ADV_SCAN_IND/etc) and Own_Address_Type. But I can't find proper APIs for this purpose.

I'm using OS X EI Capitan v10.11.6
