Node 12 support #114

I just created this PR https://github.com/abandonware/node-bluetooth-hci-socket/pull/5 in the downstream @abandonware fork that enables compatibility with Node 12. (The downstream repo already has support for Node 10.)

Issues #100, #107, #112 and #113 seem to be related to Node 12 support.

If a maintainer wants, I can backport the Node 12 patches here.

Welp, it's pretty clear there's no maintainer here.

The abandonware fork serves those interested...
