Issues with bluetooth adapter 4.2 and 5.0 #126

I am starting to develop an electron bluetooth application for windows. For the same I am trying to install the noble package as per the guidelines given in the github repo.

As per the requirements, a bluetooth 4.0 adapter is required. The internal drivers in my systems are bluetooth 4.2 and bluetooth 5.0 adapters. I get the error 'No compatible USB Bluetooth 4.0 device found!' in both the cases.

Doesn't ble 4.2 and 5.0 adapters support the development of bluetooth application for windows using noble and electron? Or should I purchase a 4.0 bluetooth adapter? If so what are the recommendations exactly? And also, if its the requirement, is it just development requirement or should users using this application also require bluetooth 4.0 adapter to run the application?
