Steps to reproduce:

set -DCATKIN_ENABLE_TESTING=OFF in catkin config-command
clean build folders of ROS
run catkin build
the following error-output is provided and seems to be related to https://github.com/nobleo/path_tracking_pid/blob/main/CMakeLists.txt#L81
