Edit local Mods #5

When you create a local mod, it would be very useful to include an edit feature after creation.

I do sound design and I'd find it much more convenient to just hot-swap sounds as I develop them, instead of having to delete the old mod and create a brand new one with a different name to just replace a single file with a modified one.

this is like basic user experience type stuff i am obviously lacking LMAO

i probably should do this tbh because i also found it kind of stupid trying to make local mods myself, but i know for a FACT that my dumb neurodivergent brain is going to put this off until the end of time 'cause it's a problem with marginally more friction than the other ones i've had

i'm gonna put the help wanted tag on this for now but if i find the free time i'll try and see if i can take a crack at it myself
