Private Browsing breaks mod installation and loading due to IndexedDB being disabled #9

[Bug reported by vuldaim (Firefox user 18224271), won't show up here for some reason so just adding it myself 💀 ]

Describe the issue I can't download from the actual GX store :/ It doesn't let me when I try to Install with GXM (It just ONLY puts the music of the mod despite having no mods in "Manage mods") (Btw I try to create a mod but the sound doesn't work (music, typing) Is it me who is stupid ? lmao) A video will help a lot if im just stupid (as well for the others) Here's the link to the mod where I was trying to download: https://store.gx.me/mods/bptvni/halo-ce/

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Manage mods'
  2. Click on 'Store'
  3. (Going to the mod page)
  4. Click on 'Install with GXM'

Expected behavior Well, the mod installed ? xD BUT it shows : 'Reinstall' I clicked on it but it shows the same word (Reinstall)

It was Private Browsing all along!!! Silent add-on killer... Added warnings to try not to use private browsing. Long term solution hopefully sometime soon? (or at least a big warning when you're using private browsing...) image

if all goes well i'll either try to find a workaround or just block off some stuff once i do the web modding update
