What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't connect with Temporary Credentials when STS povide 
temporaryCredentials (accessKey, secretKey, sessionToken)

Please provide any additional information below.
We need to add sessionToken and modify URL to connect to S3 with 
TemporaryCredentials
