I know its not an issue, but a feature request.

i need to set the acl to an uploaded object, but i dont know how to do
this. if anyone can help me, please contact me at markus [at] qoove DOT com

You need to POST the file upload (as opposed to the default PUT method) and 
include
ACL data.  See the link below for instructions:
